I. Scope of Application
Situations where returns/refunds are not supported:
Due to changes in personal preferences (such as color, size, etc.);
Unopened or used goods (affecting secondary sales);
Outdoor equipment without quality issues (such as tents, trekking poles, etc.).
Exceptional circumstances (Contact for negotiation) :
The goods were severely damaged during transportation (photo/video evidence is required).
The received goods are obviously inconsistent with the order description (such as incorrect model).
Ii. Problem Handling Process
If you believe it falls under the above exceptional circumstances, please follow the steps below:
Contact customer service
Email to: trainingism@csaoutdoorssc.com (reply within 48 hours);
The title should indicate “Order Issue + Order Number”.
Attached are the product photos, videos and problem descriptions.
Resolve through negotiation
We may offer partial compensation, exchanges or vouchers (depending on the specific circumstances).
Iii. Important Notes
Inspection obligation: Please inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them. If any damage is found, please refuse to accept them and contact us immediately.
Customized products: Engraved and customized patterned products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Promotional items: Clearance or discounted items are not subject to return or exchange by default (additional information will be indicated on the page).
Iv. Disclaimer
Due to the complex usage environment of outdoor products, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper human operation, natural wear and tear or force majeure (such as extreme weather).
